John P. Sacks, Esq. is the founder and owner of The Sacks Law Group, PLLC. John has devoted his practice of law to representing homeowners and business owners in disputes with their property insurance companies as well as injured plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits. John specializes in property damage claims caused by windstorms, hurricanes, water, pipe leak, roof leak, mold, sinkhole, fire, lightning as well as injury claims caused by automobile accidents, slip/trip-and-fall, medical malpractice, wrongful death, general premises liability, excessive force, negligent hiring/retention, and negligent security, among others. John has served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge R. Timothy Peters of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Criminal Felony Division, in Pinellas County, Florida.

John grew up in the Tampa Bay area and attended Palm Harbor University High School’s International Baccalaureate Program where he graduated with a 4.7 GPA and earned a full scholarship to the University of Florida, Honors Program. John attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.

John has recovered millions of dollars for his personal injury and property damage clients throughout the years. When John is not vigorously representing clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Christina, their two children Kennedy and John Patrick Jr., and their cat, Salem.
